We translate a company’s vision into a compelling proposition by presenting its unique assets and market opportunity, highlighting prior successes of the executive/founding team and investors.

We seek out individuals whose passion to succeed and challenge the status quo are their core drivers. Intellectual aptitude and academic pedigree are important in assessing a candidate’s capability and potential, but we believe they are empty promises unless the individual has shown the ability to apply their skills and communicate passion and vision in a collaborative environment.

We believe the hallmark of a successful start-up or emerging growth company is a management team of executives and entrepreneurs whose vision challenges convention; who believe that their employees, not their intellectual property, are their most prized resources; and who are selfless in deferring personal goals to better serve team/company objectives.
